• Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone, and payment confirmation from Shopify. We do not see or store full card numbers or CVV codes. Shopify and its payment processors handle card data in PCI-compliant hosted fields.
• Contact form and email: whatever you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, via hosting logs and any analytics you later enable.
• Cookies: a local cart identifier in your browser, and cookies Shopify Checkout sets when you pay.

How we use it

To fulfill camera orders, answer support questions, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting rules, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. California residents can use Your Privacy Choices.

Sharing

We share information with Shopify (store and checkout), the shipping carrier printed on your label, and email infrastructure needed to send receipts. We do not share data with unrelated advertisers.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Support email is kept as long as the conversation is relevant to an order.
