Cameras sold by Chiaroscuro SF LLC carry whatever manufacturer coverage ships with that body. We do not invent extra years of coverage.

Warranty does not cover drops, liquid, sand, unauthorized modification, or missing accessories. For a suspected manufacturing defect after delivery, email contact@chiaroscurosf.com with the order number, serial number, and a short description. We will tell you whether to return the camera to us or to the manufacturer’s service network.

Do not open the body. Breaking factory seals can void manufacturer coverage.
